Polyamide 12

Cable ties made of polyamide 12 are very flexible (even at low temperatures) and offer better resistance to chemicals than cable ties made of polyamide 6.6. Polyamide 12 absorbs moisture to a lesser extent and does it slower than polyamide 6.6, making it relatively insensitive to outside influences. In addition, polyamide 12 has better UV resistance, making it very suitable to outdoor applications.
