Properties of edge clips
Edge clips are made from polyamide 6.6 HS. The clamp inside the clip is made from spring steel with a hardened, coated surface to protect it from corrosion. The clips are black, impact-resistant, heat-resistant, and weather-resistant. They can be used in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C.
Which edge clips do you need?
To choose the right type of edge clip, you need to consider the profile thickness and how the cable will be mounted. WKK offers edge clips for various applications: with cable tie fastening on the top or the side of the clip, and edge clips where the cable tie can be fixed either perpendicular to the profile or along the length of the profile.
Applications of edge clips
Edge clips are used to guide cables along profiles. By placing the clip on a profile and then feeding a cable tie through the clip, cables and cable bundles can be easily secured.
