When will my order be shipped?
If the items that you order are in stock, we usually send them within 2 working days. Before doing so we send you a final order confirmation, including the transportation costs. Can the order be shipped directly to my customer?
Yes, this is possible. If you sign in to ‘My account’ and then click on ‘Address book’ in the menu on the left, you can add a new shipping address there (from a customer for example). You can then have your order shipped to this address.
Can I specify a different shipping address?
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process you can indicate the desired address where we should deliver your order. Are you already a WKK customer? Can I pick up the products I ordered from WKK?

Are call orders possible at WKK?
Yes, this is possible. WKK offers you the possibility to deliver orders on demand at fixed prices. This makes it easy to switch when your warehouse has (temporarily) insufficient storage capacity, when an order has a long lead time or when you want to be sure of stock. You can have your orders delivered on demand or we can schedule the deliveries at fixed times. This makes your internal processes more efficient and saves you costs in the short and long term. What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders placed on workdays before 16:00, are usually sent the same day (when all products are in stock). The delivery time depends on the carrier that you choose - we sell, internationally, ex-works.
